● 10 almonds soaked overnight (skin peeled)
● 5 dates soaked overnight (remove seeds)
● 1 cup of cow milk
● ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
● ⅛ teaspoon cardamom powder
● 1 teaspoon ghee
● 1 teaspoon honey
How to make:
Blend the almond, dates, turmeric powder, cardamom powder, ghee and milk in a blender 2-3 times till the mixture becomes smooth in texture. Now pour it in a glass before adding honey. Mix it well and enjoy your ayurvedic immunity booster drink.
